How to place an order?


Once you have found the product you want to purchase, simply click on ‘Add to basket’.

From the basket, you can proceed to our secure checkout to complete your purchase.

How do I pay for my order?


For your security we accept payments through our online secure payment provider, PayPal. You can also transfer the funds directly to our bank account (our bank details will be included in the email order confirmation).

Can I place an order over the phone?


For your security, we only accept payments via our online secure payment provider, Paypal, and therefore cannot accept your order over the telephone or email.

How do I cancel an order?


Due to the quick turnaround from order to dispatch we don’t currently offer the facility to cancel your order when it is partway through the process. However, you do have a statutory cancellation right under the distance selling regulations. If on receipt you no longer require the item, please refer to our hassle-free returns policy.

Do I need to register with you to place an order?


No you don’t however, it is advisable you do, we have special deals for customers that have an account with us plus you have access to information about the progress of your order.

 

How do I return goods to you?


Yes you can, please refer to our returns policy for more information.

What are your delivery rates?


Standard UK delivery is Free and the estimated delivery times is within 2-3 working days on orders placed by 5pm on a working day.

We charge £4.99 if you require UK Next Day Delivery. If your order is received before 12 noon it will leave the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). Please note: We do not post on a Saturday so orders after 12 noon on Friday will be posted on the Monday following.

Please note that Next Day delivery is not available on Bank Holidays.
